I'm so glad you posted this story. I'm in the market for a new or used car and I will NOT be doing business with this dealership. It is disgusting that this dealership isn't refunding this womans money. We are in a bad economy and people are working harder than ever to hang on to a buck. Seems like Wilmington Nissan is trying to take advantage of a situation they helped create.
