In this day when businesses are clamoring for customers, choosing to do a customer this way just does not make good business sense. It looks to me as if they would be bending over backwards to get this situation resolved instead of garnering so much negative publicity. Also, I hope the catch the salesman and follow up with charging him with something. Sounds like a con artist!!!!! The company should give her the money back, and go after the salesman to recover!!!!! Their reputation has been damaged and they need to do some recovering fast!
