This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever read. All this because of a bird that would make no difference if it were extinct or was abundant. Why do we put something so meaningless ahead of the right of a property owner to be able to use his own land as he sees fit? If you cut down a woodpecker's tree, it will go somewhere else.......simple as that.
