First of all, why has it taken so long for this couple to come forth with this problem? If it happened as far back as 2006, why wasn't something done then before it got three years later? Have they been trying to resolve the situation all this time? Mr. Dale is a honest business man and I do not believe, in any way, that he would do anything malicious to anyone. I do not believe that he would, knowingly, take someone else's property, that he does not have rights to, and sell it to an entity such as the Sanitary District. I hope that the answers will come soon.
