North Carolina government (In All) needs to get their heads out of the sand and focus on where the residents of N.C. are spending their income. How do you think the lottery was passed? Because the deciding vote in legislation was on vacation. N.C. needed the lottery for extra income. Soon the fireworks law will circum to the same token. Mark Twain once said, "when the world comes to an end, I would like to be in Kentucky. Everthing there is ten years in the past." Well, it seems like N.C. has taken over that proverb. Let's pass this on to another state, such as; Bermuda, I can see this as the fifty first state of the U.S. Thank you.
