Why build this so close to Leland who has a police department? Bolivia is only a 30 minute ride down route 17 now. Why are we expanding when the economy is bad and we should be cutting costs? I guess if we build the substation then all those deputies that live in Leland won't need to drive their cars home from work, they can park them at the substation and save taxpayers the gas and maintenance expense.
