Two use stolen credit card at Shoe CarnivalSubmitted by WWAY on Thu, 07/23/2009 - 11:26am.Mugshot TextA lady had her debit car stolen on June 22, 2009, and the suspects used the debt card at Shoe Carnival on New Centre Drive on July 7, 2009. The male had on a white shirt with dark pants (also a full beard). The female had on a brown head wrap with tank top and dark capris.
