Those living off my dime should be forced to do lawn care, painting, trash pickup or other "chores" in their housing development during their free time. Then maybe they would start to take a little pride where they live and not let the criminals trash it. If they knew they would have to repaint the wall the thugs like to spray their graffiti on, maybe they would step up and stop it.
