I too am outraged and have been about our children going to school on Memorial Day. Why is that this country finds ways to forget vets for the sacrifice we have made to protect the very freedom most take for granted. Perhaps the some in the school boards should stand guard in freezing or raining weather or God forbid have to duck and cover from hostile fire. Perhaps then they might see how upset veterans are at this.
