Whatever happened to personal responsibility? Why would you not check on your own end what medication and dosage you are taking? And, I wonder why it would take 10 months to figure out there is a problem with your meds. This woman, although I feel sorry for her, is just as responsible as Walmart for this error. I would not 'blindly' put my trust in anyone regarding my health. People are people, and subject to mistakes.
