only GOD can judge him..so people stop judging. he will have to do his time, but eventually, the drugs would have killed this woman sooner or later, from the lifestyle she was living. but he was wrong for taking another human life. surprised he got so much time because now days you can kill someone and get less time than a drug dealer.
