If Kay Hagan will not support a health care plan that is not "budget neutral", then she should be opposed to the ones currently proposed. All projections indicate our deficit will worsen if a national health care plan is enacted. I'm afraid the bottom line is that Hagan really supports a government(so called public) option plan, but we'll see how she votes later.
