You have expressed concern that we cannot afford health care reform. Yet health care expenses are the leading cause of bankruptcy in our country. Can we afford that? Our health care system is the most expensive in the world. 30% is absorbed by non-productive administrative expenses. Yet our health outcomes are worse than other advanced economies. Can we afford that?
