Lawyers, investigators remain tight-lipped regarding shooting at Sen. Soles' home

Sunday, 22-year-old Kyle Blackburn was shot in the leg by State Sen. R.C. Soles. District Attorney Rex Gore's office does not expect to file any charges against either man this week.
