I think concerned Citizen has a valid point. It comes down to what is the best way to benefit the entire area, rather than just the local film industry. I believe any tax money taken from NC residents would be better used to create new jobs throughout the state. That is why the stimulus money has not worked to reduce unemployment-it is being spent on pet projects rather than as intended for new job development.
