"because NC couldn't beat Georgia's incentive package". Could you please point me to the interview or press release that said specifically that this was the reason they went to Savannah? I've heard much speculation, but i haven't seen anything in hard proof from the production company. With Detroit offering around 40 percent incentives, will NC match that when Screen Gems blames another lost production on incentives? How long before we give it away for free. Better yet, when will it be that we're actually PAYING THEM to film here. Again, show me the actual production company or correspondence from the UPM or Producers citing incentives as the actual cause. We don't need speculation from individuals working in the local productions, just facts from the decision makers of the Cyrus project.
