What does this have to do with "church going" people? Did I miss something? This has to do with a dog in a RESIDENTIAL neighborhood that is a menace/threat/terror, etc. What would happen if a person was deemed this? I say he/she would be in jail for a long time. What would happen if the dog lived next to you? I say you would do the same thing these people are doing. Also, you do not have to keep everything in capital letters when you talk because honest, smart, CHURCH GOING people as myself can read. Please refrain from lumping us "church going" people together as "stupid" because it really only shows what you are.
