Even if he does not feel there is a conflict, he should recuse himself under the "public perception" part of it, and actually, if everything is on the up and up, I would think he would have already done so. WWAY is doing a great job riding them on it, but they aren't impressed. How about Brian Ross and ABC's National Investigative team? Add them to Fox, CNN, where's Geraldo these days?
