This story makes me want to throw up. What kind of people sleep through a baby crying as a dog chews its toes off? I'm sure we'll hear all about how remorseful they are. WHATEVER! Keep taking your drugs "mom and dad", get your slap on the wrist from our wonderful justice system for this horrendous crime and reproduce more children you're obviously not smart enough to take care of.
