AMEN!!! Irresponsible people do not need to have CHILDREN or PETS!! I feel so sorry for this baby, but this is not the dog's fault. This poor child is going to suffer because of neglect from the parents. The dog is a puppy for heaven sakes and using the foot for a chew toy. This is ALL the parents fault, not the dogs. Bless this poor child!
