Amendment X: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." Now, what part of that confuses you? If it's not a power given to the federal government (such as signing treaties) or prohibited to the states (such as coining money) the right is held BY THE STATES! So the proposed Obamacare, much like Bush's "No Child Left Behind" lunacy, CLEARLY violates the Tenth Amendment. Too bad we have a Supreme Court that's just as wedded to big government as the Republicans and the Socialist Dimocrats. Let's hope that the people finally get a belly-full and force some changes.
