I think they should do this every weekend, not just on holidays. What ever the added cost is to the NCHP charge all of it to the drunks they catch. Take their license, sell their car, fine the crap out of them and make it so bad that people will be so afraid of getting caught they will stop driving drunk. It is sad that people can't have a good time without drinking alcohol.
