Jimmy Carter is a humanitarian. He is 85 years old and is traveling the world RIGHT now taking insecticide-treated mosquito nets too impoverished areas to try and stop the spread of MALARIA. It kills more than one million people each year, mostly in Africa. Not to mention all the homes that his charity has helped poor people obtain. He isnt sitting around on his laurels as a past president. His all around peace keeping and humanitarian efforts since he left office have led him to be widely renowned as one of the most successful ex-presidents in US history.
