I'm all for it although it will probably bring an increase of around $75 for my property tax bill. But that's OK, I'd prefer to see my tax money go to a project that will enhance the town then to some huge pot in Raleigh. I wouldn't even mind a small tax raise to pay for the CBD road improvements (including sidewalks & beautification). Anything that moves this town forward, well, I'm for it!
