I'm surprised to read the comment about feeling dismissed. The town manager is very open to the public as are the commissioners. The structure of a government meeting requires that procedures be followed. Interpretations that this is dismissive is not a true representation of the government process. We would welcome more active participation from the community to solve problems and help build a community spirit. Too often citizens come to meetings to voice their discontent.
