Wow...this really ticks me off. Some group of people with nothing better to do than threaten property owners that they can't do what they want with their own real estate. Really sad and pathetic. I think I would prefer to tear it down and pay the fines rather than cave to these people. If they want to save it...buy it. Otherwise move out of the way of my wrecking ball. I am all for preserving history and buildings with historic value, however, I also believe in property owners rights. If they have no use for the property then they should either sale to these whiners or be allowed to do what they want with it.
