What a Good Idea! The taxes they collect could go towards paying for the convention center. Instead of putting this stupid financial albatross around the necks of the tax payers. Think about it, there's alot of different ways they could tax this 'Idea'. The clients, employees, and owners of this "den of ill-repute". It puts a new twist on the "bang for your buck" or should I say "a buck for your bang".
