you might need to worry about the elementis plant in youre back yard ,as you read this they are running a plant built in the 1960"s and storing far worse chemicals than you are fearing, hex chrome ,sulfer dioxide ,sulfuric acid, I bet most people who are worried About titan have no clue what is back there .I would be more concerned about this and other deteriorating plants in the area,such as the sulfuric acid plant on the banks of the cape fear river built in the 60"s. .that only keeps a skeleton crew there just to keep it running but not enough to monitor it for potential problems that might arise. these plants are ticking time bombs
