New Hanover County had their home insurance rates jacked up by 17% to help pay the risk on those beach front properties! That's like everyone have to share the health risk of smokers but we all know that smokers pay higher premiums, so what gives on this beach house deal? Maybe if we didn't have all realtors (who own beach front homes?) on the city council, they would have stuck up for us a little better.
