Two political newcomers both ironically named Knight (as in knight in shining armor) ran for Mayor in Greensboro and Wilmington NC. Both wanted to hold down taxes and hold down crime. Both rose out of the party that has NOT controlled the state for over 150 years. Most Wilmington residents decided not to participate in the election, so the same small faction did vote, and again decided their city's future. Greensboro did the opposite. More residents decided to vote, and to try a another way. Greensboro got out and cast their vote for a change. Wilmington stayed home and got the same.
