How about educating the kids on what happens to them when they are caught fighting? My child was in a fight that they didn't even start and they ended up with community service out of it and two weeks suspension. Instead of it being self defense when they were hit first and the teacher not looking. It is called affray/assault back. Which is not even listed in the school disipline policy anywhere. Or it isn't in the computer anywhere.
