I'm all for legalization, but....

...that won't help in this case. You don't grasp the economics of Columbus County. A LOT of these people are on Medicaid. Even legal pot would still cost them money. Prescription drugs are free. (Free to them, of course. The taxpayers get raked over the coals.)
