Does the 14 or 15 year old have ANY culpability here? Did she not allow herself to not only be in the position to have sexual contact, but ALLOW the act? For all we know this could be a very young individual for this case...because we don't have the facts...but I don't think ANYONE should be charged for rape within a 2-3 year age difference...PERIOD. As long as it was consensual on both sides.....
