It seems, the Wilmington Taxi Inspector, has a strong interest, a peculiar one, to keep W Numbers down, and even take over Wrightsville Beach, in his attempts to run the Wrightsville Beach Cabs with only Wilmington issued permits W- Numbers. If he was getting paid off under the table by the big companies, his enthusiasm and aggressive take over of areas, would make much more sense, wouldn’t it ?!
