Kyle Blackburn was verbally threatening Mr. Soles while he was trying to kick in the door to Soles' house. Soles had every right to defend himself. This indictment looks to me like the Grand Jury has ignored the evidence against blackburn, a career hooligan, and, perversely, is out to punish Mr. Soles. But Senator Soles has legions of supporters, and we will stand beside him all the way. Make no doubt about it, he will be exonerated.
