The fact that the scumbag was shot in the back of the leg is not proof that he was leaving. It could simply show that when he saw the gun being brandished and pointed at him that he turned in an effort to avoid a deadly shot. Soles should be fairly tried based on all the evidence and have the law fairly applied to him. If he is innocent of any crime then he should be OK in court, if he is not innocent then let the punishment fit the crime.
My only comment about him is he is typical of most politicians who seem to think they are better than the average Joe. In my opinion this blatant display of his twisted two faced thinking should spell the end of his political career even if he does manage to get away with the shooting.
