The Brunswick County Board of Education needs to look no further for a new superintendent than the person they chose as interimn superintendent. Why go through all that process, spend even more money, time and effort when the best person to fill the former superintendent's shoes is right in front of their noses! Les Tubb is a dedicated man...he has always put Brunswick County Schools first, has been an employee of BCS for the past twenty-something years, knows nearly every employee in the system, highly educated and the perfect person for the job...why can't we have an "already in the system" person for our Superintendent? Come on Board of Ed, do something right for a change.
