Kitchen Cops 1/28/10

READ MORE:

The Kitchen Cops did not find any low performers this week, but they did find four high performers.

This week's top score belongs to Luly's Cuban Café off Military Cutoff. A perfect 100 plus two points for works passing a food safety course and a score of 102.

Chick-Fil-A in the food court at Independence Mall lost a half point because torn cooler gaskets need replacing and worn cutting board need to be resurfaced or replaced. Add back the two-point bonus for a score of 101.5.

The same score to the Wilmington Tea Room on Water Street Downtown. Just a half point off because the high-temperature dish machine gauge was not operating correctly.

Finally to Fosters Grille on Military Cutoff, which earned a perfect 100.
