More info...The Hilton Riverfront lost points for barbecue in standing water and egg mixtures stored too cold and several items need cleaning.
The inspector found utensils with insulation on them, noting the insulation needs to be cleaned out of air conditioning vents.
And the dishwasher spray arm needs to maintain 140 degrees at all times.
