The last several Kitchen Cops reports have all stated that they've found "no low performers" .... it is hard to believe that every establishment in town is sparkling clean and no problems exist.

While it is refreshing that some establishments truly are clean, why not provide information on the ones that are not? I'm sure everyone would appreciate being forewarned before choosing to eat at such places, and maybe the publicity will get the owners' acts together so that next time they will appear on your "high performers" list.
