Funeral arrangements have been set for the Bladen County Commissioner who died over the weekend. Margaret Moore also worked for the county school system and was its 2008-2009 Principal of the Year while at East Arcadia.

The visitation for Moore is Thursday from 6 to 7 p.m. at Peoples Funeral Home in Whiteville. The viewing starts Friday morning at 9:30 at Elizabethtown Middle School followed by a celebration of life service at 11 a.m.
