Could you be any misinformted??? I have done several ride-a-longs with the sheriff's office and have seen officers driving down the road with their lights off. It is not unsafe at all...unless someone else is driving with their lights off. The deputies turn their lights on as soon as they see a vehicles lights, or they pull over as if they were a parked vehicle. In fact, if you look it up, just two days ago 3 people were arrested for breaking into a house when the officer was driving down a road with his lights off and heard glass break. And to think an officer isn't going to do anything without backup shows just how ignorant you really are.
As far as you getting pulled over, I don't believe you at all. First of all, a deputy does not have to show you his radar reading when he pulls you over. And an officer pulling you over for estimating your speed is a very legit reason and has been upheld by Courts. The big reason I think you are full of it is because while deputies have "sectors" they work in, they go in other deputies sectors to back them up so I seriously doubt the Sheriff or anyone else would tell you a deputy was not where he was suppose to be and appologize for it. Not only that, those deputies sometimes get switched around during a shift so there is no way to track where a deputy is working and suppose to be.
Try again...but do a little better job of telling your lies
