Isn't this the SECOND fire at an apartment complex within a few months, where s cancer stick was to blame and the fire then spread to the attic?
Property Managers should wise up.. Everyone in Wilmington knows what rent costs where (which is a sham how apartments trying to fill vacancies can heva two people living in the same size apartment side by side, and there be a $200 difference in rent because one of the two got a "special"... )
But keep your prices the same and offer residents a $20 per month incintive if they do not smoke on the property.. Charge a $50 to those getting a discount on rent if they are seen firing up...
I bet you'll recover that $20 per month by not having to clean the stinky stinky..
