Hewitt Corrupt? Just like the corrupt Oak Island Police. An obese Police Sergeant who is shot by a kid's BB gun tampers with the evidence and "doctors" his wound so that it will look more serious. The O.I.P.D. and D.A. Gore do nothing. The S.B.I and one brave (now former) O.I.P.D. Narcotics Detective present evidence which shows that the O.I.P.D. is corrupt and the D.A. refuses to do anything. It looks like Hewitt may be corrupt but why go after him and not other crooked cops too? There must be a political reason that the D.A. is now going after Hewiit. What is in it for the D.A. Does Hewiit know something about Gore's personal life that could be damaging?
