Does anyone watch the news and listen to what officals say,the northern leg costs a whole lot more than the southern leg because it will be mostly bridges and they cost alot more to build,plus if they don't get started on the southern leg ,the cheapest section, then they will lose the stimulus money that the federal government give them to help build it.
