On June 14 a health inspector took off five points after finding several dishes soiled and preps sinks not sanitized between tasks. There were foods stored at the wrong temperature and dishes and other items needed to be air dried. Those and other violations earned one the border a score of 85.5. Four days later, some of the issues were resolved, but others remained along with new ones like many flies in the kitchen. Still On the Border's score jumped to 91.
