There is the issue. It's not that we have a visionless Governor who has been more focused on travel opportunities than on doing her job and focusing on the State's increasing unemployment level, we just have not allowed a sufficient number of months for the, to date, unannounced plan to take affect.

Let's hope enough voters have enough sense nto to allow her to use this as a rallying cry for a re-election effort.
