How'd you like to own a historic home featured on a hit TV show and help a good cause? The house at 2614 Market Street in Wilmington is up for auction to benefit the Methodist Home for Children.

The 4,100 square foot house built in 1925 was featured on "One Tree Hill." You can tour the house during the Azalea Festival. Then it will be sold to the highest bidder at or above $300,000 April 15.

For more information, check out the auction listing for the house.
