There has been an addition to this story. Now the owner Robert Bryant has publicly apologized to the family but continues to defend his actions by stating that he did not know there was a law requiring him to allow animals in his store. Well guess what Robert? In this country, ignorance of the law is NOT a valid legal defense. You discriminated against an innocent child and you WILL be held accountable for it.
