I think he could have and should have been nicer, but I think that as a business owner you should have the right to choose. What if you are allergic to dogs? Is a severe allergy any less of a disability? I am severely allergic and I would never spend money on clothing that had a dog on or near them. He should have been more respectful and my heart goes out to the girl and her dog.
